One of the best concrete mixers is the twin shaft mixer, which is widely used to produce ready-mixed concrete with excellent mixing quality.
These mixers are capable of mixing 0.5 to 3 cubic meters of concrete materials in each batch.
The body of these mixers is made of steel and their inner body is equipped with anti-wear plates that can be replaced.
In twin shaft mixers, two horizontal shafts (axles) with steel hammers are located at the beginning and end of the axes at specific angles that increase the mixing power of the device. At the beginning of the hammers, blades are installed for mixing and increasing the mixing of the concrete, which are also replaceable.
Twin shaft mixers are equipped with an automatic grease pump system and a hand pump is also installed in their discharge valve so that in case of emergency (power outage), the valve can be opened so that the concrete does not dry out inside the mixer.
