You can receive the catalog of each product by referring to the main page of the intended product and download its PDF file.
Furthermore the catalog can be sent to your email or fax if you fill the form of products catalog request.
If the customer has ordered from Iran, the product will be delivered to him or his agent in the factory space, but for orders from foreign countries delivering is according to the agreement between company and the customer.
Mixo will send its technical team to install and operate the machines during 24 hours after delivering of products.
In addition, the cost of installation is according to the agreement between customer and the company.

All the products have warranty for 6 months to 1 year and it is possible to increase the warranty time according to the request of the customer.
Warranty services include repairing the machine and free exchange of spare parts.

The company tries to have most of the machineries ready to deliver them in the time of ordering, but because of the high number of orders this is not possible all the time. So, in those situations the machine will be manufactured in at least 30 days and, in the case customers order special changes it will take more time.

The reseller of mixo belongs only to legal persons and in the beginning it is temporary, after three months the company will decide to continue co-operation with him or not, considering his activity.
